Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of Chic Pro, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Chic Pro is an AI platform that generates images and reports based on the photos and prompts you provide. Output quality depends on your inputs and on the underlying AI models.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Material breaking changes are announced in advance when possible.

You are responsible for keeping your password and access secret. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

One account per person, unless we explicitly authorize a multi-seat plan.

Each generation consumes a fixed number of points based on the feature. Points are bought as packages and credited instantly upon successful payment.

All prices are listed in USD and processed via PayPal. Points do not expire.

Once points are credited and used to generate output, the value is consumed and not refundable. If a generation fails for technical reasons, the points are automatically refunded.

You retain ownership of every photo you upload and every design we generate for you. You may use them personally or commercially.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the service for you.

You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights, includes minors in inappropriate contexts, or violates applicable law.

No harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, attempts to deceive, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform.

No automated account creation, no resale of generations as a service without written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
