- 1. Wear Fashion tight fitting body (T-shirt + trousers).
- 2. Hold any credit-card-sized reference card (ID, license, club card, business card…) in your right hand against your body — this is the only scale reference.
- 3. Photo 1: Front: stand upright, arms by your sides
- 4. Photo 2: Side (Profile), same pose.
- 5. Camera distance ~2 meters, good lighting, simple background.
